How fast can you start?
Often same-day or next-day. The booking calendar shows live openings — if today has a free slot, it's yours.
Do I need to buy the tile myself?
Yes — tile, stone, grout, and trim are purchased by you. After measuring, we give you an exact shopping list so you buy the right amount, the first time.
Is there a minimum charge?
Yes. Our minimum project is $350, which covers travel, setup, and materials handling. Small jobs are welcome.
Do you remove old flooring?
Demolition of old flooring, subfloor repair, and floor leveling are quoted separately — every floor is different, so we price it after seeing the site.
How far ahead can I book?
You can book up to 60 days ahead, Monday through Saturday, 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM. We're closed on Sundays.
How do I get my final price?
Online prices are estimates. We measure on site and confirm your exact price in writing before any work begins — no surprises.
